pressing cursor up/down after page up/down goes to the old position

Details

When I'm write a mail I've allways read the text after typing to find typos.
For this I use the page up/down-buttons.
But when I've find a typo I use the cursor up/down-buttons to go to the line.
When I will make this my cursor jump to the positon the cursor was last.
(In most the end of the mail. :) )
It's really annoying to correct a mail with this.

Sorry I think this is a different bug then Bug #82151.
Sorry its not really clear what I mean because this bug was reassigned.
I mean the composer when I'm writeing a mail.
I know the other bug too but I think its a other reason.
