115662 - conflicting underlines in context menu

conflicting "underlines"/key accelerators in (right click) context menu.

This is really annoying, but does not cause anything more than annoyance. 
Mozilla simply uses the first one (Save Page As) and i always want the second
one (i would use Ctrl+S to "save page as" rather than using the context menu).  

If there is an RFE to allow the context menu to be customized, i would like to
vote for it.  

(i tried to compare how Netscape does this but the f***ing admins have crippled
windows in a desperate attempt at securing it, so i cannot get the underlines to
show unless i press Alt, which dismisses the context menu.  Sorry i could not be
more helpful)

OS set to all, had this problem using nightlies on Win2000 today and Linux
yesterday.  Monday 17 December.
