User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:37.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/37.0 Build ID: 20150415140819 Steps to reproduce: Visit a public webcam that has motion JPEG stream enabled. i.e. http://plazacam.studentaffairs.duke.edu/view/viewer_index.shtml?id=754852 Actual results: The video stream freezes upon page display. You might get an update of 1 frame while alternating the play/stop button on the lower left corner of the window. Expected results: The video stream should be displayed continuously.
