Steps to reproduce:

1. Open web page in the Browser (i.e. bug in Bugzilla with some comments)
2. Zoom in the content to be able to read the text comfortably.
3. Tap on some word from some comment and hold to go into marking mode with two blue bubbles.
4. Try to extend marked area by moving blue bubble on a side.


Actual results:

Page content moves together with bubble and makes marking process almost impossible.


Expected results:

Page content should be fixed during extending of marked area.
