Steps to reproduce:

Open nightly.


Actual results:

The mac os x scrollbars are doubled (30px wide instead of the normal 15px), and there is a 15px wide white gap on the side of the page for any page that scrolls. This only happens in the 4/21 nightly - if I revert back to the 4/18 nightly, it works correctly.


Expected results:

The scrollbars should be 15px, which is standard and how they used to look.
