noticed since version 40.0a1 (2015-04-21) There is an extra strip on the right hand side of vertical scrollable area, and the vertical scroll bar become very thick (comparing to the horizontal scroll bar). The same test page on Ubuntu doesn't have same problem because the vertical bar is always shown.
