I read https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Projects/Emscripten/Techniques/Out_of_memory_error_reports and then clicked on about:memory link, which lead me to https://developer.mozilla.org/cs/about%3Amemory . It says "not found" and "please report a bug". So here it is.

The page doesn't seem to exist even if I switch to en-US:
