Password Manager does not remember Yahoo Mail ID and Password, it does not ask
if it should save it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to yahoo mail
2. log in
3. 

Actual Results:  Password Manager does not ask if it should remember Login 

Expected Results:  Password Manager should ask and remember Login

I think they opted-out of using the password manager. I submitted a similar bug
for yahoo groups a while ago and that'S what I was told. see bug 110008, bug
93776 and 63961. I think this bug should be marked invalid or duplicate
