[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.2][Settings]Tap "Reset and enable full DevTools" button in Developer view, the text in the top and bottom of "Reset and enable full DevTools" view will be cut off.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Set your phone language to Greek.
2.Launch Settings and select "Developer".
3.Tap  "Reset and enable full DevTools" button. 


[3.Expected Result]: 
3.The text should not be cut off and the view should be scrollable.

[4.Actual Result]: 
3.The text in the top and bottom view will be cut off.

For the Greek locale, this bug will be fixed with a shorten string. This fix will be in a patch with other fixes. I'll update the bug when the patch is landed.
