In latest nightly builds when mouse cursor is over a link it looks as hand
cursor in Internet Explorer. I think it should look as classic Netscape
Communicator/Netscape 6.x/Mozilla cursor. (Or may be someone can decide that
Mozilla is Internet Explorer skin, like NeoPlanet :))
Reproducible: Always
Actual Results: When mouse cursor is over a link it looks as hand cursor in
Internet Explorer.
Expected Results: It should look as classic Netscape Communicator/Netscape
6.x/Mozilla cursor.

FYI,it has been decided that Moz should use system cursor on windows (see bug
104035).
