Very few changes, the main thing is that we're now referencing a specific release, rather than a between-releases revision - so peep now doesn't have to re-download the package archive from Github every time.

I also tagged/released treeherder-client 1.1 on Github (https://github.com/mozilla/treeherder-client/releases), since the latest tagged release there was 1.0.

Using a specific version release of treeherder-client (vs the Git zip
archive for a specific revision) also means peep doesn't have to
re-download the package each time.
