WONTFIX for SeaMonkey 2.33. Please retest with a current trunk build. If you want to file bugs based on a debug build, you need to build from the tip of comm-central.

Also do you have a stack trace? We don't know what code is trying to set the browser.tabs.mouseScrollAdvancesTab preference.

According to MXR:

There is nothing in the tree that attempts to change the preference. Is this coming from an extension?

Hi Philip, sorry for the delay. I do not know but if the source code line does not help ...

I had likely enabled some of these (I disabled some meanwhile):

AdBlock Plus 2.6.9
Enigmail 1.8.2
FlashGot 1.5.6.12.1
NoScript 2.6.9.22

also nsplugin-wrapper for acroread. Does this help?

Create a new  profile with no extensions installed. Check to see if this error message also occurs there.
