It would be useful to have telemetry about the oldest visit we have, to tweak expiration and the database size.

A better specification would be "oldest visit at the time of expiration", since we don't really need to just measure the oldest visit generally, that would not be very useful since skewed by lightly-used and new profiles that regardless would unlikely hit expiration.
