See explanation in bug 1019063 comment 24.
Seems unlikely that this will cause any problems as we are looking to move to low integrity as the default.

Best to have this working as a fall back and we might want this to go to Aurora with e10s, until I can get the print to XPS working with low integrity.

No worries, thanks for the r+.

I wasn't too desperate as I was turning on the low integrity sandbox by default anyway, which sort of supersedes this.
However, I wanted to get this working for people who want to turn off the low integrity sandbox for some reason.
Also, so the USER_NON_ADMIN one can move to Aurora with e10s.
