Basically, it seems that certain combinations of banner ads cause a <TD> tag to
appear right underneath the "Apple Highlights" tab, opening up a white bar in
the process (the background is shining through).  Depending on which ads get
served up, the <TD> will or won't appear, although I'm having troube telling
which ads trigger this.  Just try reloading the page a few dozen times until
either you see it or get bored.  NOTE: I only see this under Win2KPro, not
MacOS9.1.  

I'm filing this under evangelism on the presumption that their banner-ad code is
icky.  If it turns out to be our bug we can reassign the component.  I'm also
filing this as a blocker on bug 114156.

I have also noticed several structual problems relating to unclosed tags, etc
that cause different symptoms. I will try to contact apple and see what we can
discover.

Still seeing it-- in fact, the first time I went to the page today I saw it. 
Too bad the problem doesn't happen on my Mac or I could take a screenshot.

Duping to bug on tags appearing in data semi-randomly.  Reopen if this is not
fixed or is a real evang bug.
