It's nice to be able to expose debug settings and toggles in the main UI, at least in non-release builds. (And possibly in release builds.)
This ticket tracks doing something that lets users interrogate and drive their Firefox Account into various states for testing.

st3fan: I did this in three micro-commits; it's easier to review this way, but I'm happy to land in one squashed commit.
