Settings menu's are usually all-capital letters for the first letter of each word with a few exceptions

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150427010202
2) Select Settings > Call Settings


Actual:
Header is not capitalized in a manner consistent with other headers
'Select a SIM card'

Expected:
'Select a SIM Card'

'Select A SIM Card'
