NIST test vectors are now located at: http://csrc.nist.gov/groups/STM/cavp/documents/keymgmt/KASTestVectorsFFC2014.zip http://csrc.nist.gov/groups/STM/cavp/documents/keymgmt/KASTestVectorsECC2014.zip Some of the test vectors have changed or are gone, we should update them when we find the time.
