No longer blocks 1155871 since a custom cuckoo module was created. Unfortunately, another very similar module will have to be created for 1129185 unless this can be generalized and remain performant. Leaving open for one more week; either it will be successfully generalized or closed as won't fix.

They use different API's and data structures, I will stick with the custom one offs.
