I have a gmail tab pinned (https://mail.google.com/mail/u/0/#inbox) but it often does not load when I restart Firefox to install Nightly updates.

The gmail page is stuck on the "Loading…" page. Reloading the page with CMD+R shows the following requests in the console, but gmail is still stuck on the "Loading…" page:

Force-reloading with SHIFT+CMD+R sometimes works, but often does not.

That sounds like bug 1158855, related at least.
