[RTL][Flame v2.2 & v3.0][Nexus 5 2.2 & 3.0][Browser]The text in search bar is not right-aligned when user goes to a website in Browser app.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Set system language as Arabic.
2. Launch Browser.
3. Go to "www.google.com".
4. Observe "Google" in search bar.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. The text "Google" should be right-aligned.

Since this is an LTR website name (Google), I would expect this to be left aligned, even in RTL mode. So closing as resolved invalid. please re-open if judged necessary
