116063 - Save Page as ... does nothing

Selecting "Save Page As..." in both the main menu and the contextual
menu (e.g. right mouse button) does absolutely nothing. The file
selector doesn't pop up.

Randomly guessing that this is on a brand new build and duping to today's
smoketest blocker.

Please provide more information next time.  This bug is too vague to be useful.

I was confused by the message telling that some 
fields are filled automatically according to my 
user-agent "Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; 
rv:0.9.6+) Gecko/20011219".

I will probably fill a bug for that.
