Silly mouseover effect on "Align text to image" popupbutton

Details
In the image properties dialog, there's a popupbutton under the "Align text to
image" groupboxes which has a silly mouseover effect.
We don't do this anywhere else in our UI, it looks amateurish IMHO, so it should
be removed.
This is under modern, dunno about classic.

"Silly mouseover effect?" All it's doing is trying to highlight the image in the
menulist by reversing the foreground/background. Or maybe it's replacing the
image? Anyway, it's not important.

Um, I think it's important that we have a consistent UI behaviour. Would you
accept a patch by me that fixes this bug?

Hi Håkan, yes, the patch might be accepted.
However, things might have changed over the past 5 years ;)

Wow Martijn, you're triaging 6 year old Mozilla-suite Editor bugs - now, that's scary! ;) Is the bug still there? Not that I'd even remember faintly what this is about...

Yeah, sometimes I happen to trip over one of these old bugs. A lot of times, it's not clear anymore what they're about, unfortunately (which makes resolving them difficult).
This case is different, since we have an active reporter ;)
So could you resolve this bug invalid/worksforme, because you forgot what it is about or attach a patch that might fix it for you?

The bug may be still there, but it's so old that the report itself is obsolete.
I also trust people to do better UIs if someone would take on a massive editor revamp in 2007 or later. Firefox has raised the bar for all Mozilla projects, certainly!
