ACE mode for syntax highlighting of DTD files.
We should have syntax highlighting for DTD files at the ace-mode level.

https://github.com/aisle-moz/moz.aisle/commit/e49581414e8fc30ce5ddb7032a0154966d7990f7 fixes this.
Sadly, the included snippets don't work yet, that's a bug in c9.
