Details
Querying for "version" "has terms" "38.0b" should be transformed into something like "version" "starts with" "38.0b" in the back-end.

Can we get a "starts with" search in place there in the UI as well? We'd really like to be able to do a "starts with 38." search for example to get everything on that "train".
