screenshot from Ubuntu 14.04 (x64)

Reproducible on:
Nightly 40.0a1 (2015-05-04)

Affected platforms:
Windows 7 (x64), Ubuntu 14.04 (x64), Mac OS X 10.9.5

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Firefox.
2. Make sure you're logged into Pocket.
3. Open a random page, e.g. http://example.com/ and click the Pocket button.
4. Drag & drop the "Save" button to a new tab.

Expected result:
The user is unable to drag and drop any of the UI elements displayed in the panel.

Actual result:
* All the hyperlinks/buttons are susceptible to drag & drop.
* Drag & dropping any of the hyperlinks to a new tab will display it blank, with a continuously spinning icon.
* The drag & drop action also causes main.js:430:15 to throw the following error in the Browser Console:
> TypeError: getPanelFrame(...).contentWindow is undefined

On Firefox 38.0.5 beta 1 (Build ID: 20150510205200), under Windows 8.1 x86, Mac OS X 10.9.5 and Ubuntu 14.04 x64, when 'Remove page' link is dragged into:
[1] Search bar, 'SearchSuggestionController: Non-200 status or empty HTTP response: 400' error message is thrown by SearchSuggestionController.jsm:337:0 in Browser Console
[2] URL bar, 'Security Error: Content at https://www.google.ro/search?q=http://getpocket.com/login%3Fep%3D3%26src%3Dextension%26s%3Dstoryboard%26t%3Dwlm&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&gws_rd=cr&ei=2JhQVaLWHYa8UZGZgJAJ may not load or link to chrome://browser/content/pocket/panels/saved.html?pockethost=getpocket.com&premiumStatus=0&inoverflowmenu=false&locale=en-US&panelId=9#.' message is displayed in Browser Console
