Description:
When user has one section or all text highlighted in an input field, long pressing the spacebar to dismiss the keyboard keeps text highlighted, but causes the text selection carets to disappear. This reproduces on all input fields including those in email and messages apps.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150505010204
2) Launch Messages app
3) Tap to compose new message
4) Type some text in the message body then long press text to highlight
5) Long press spacebar to dismiss keyboard

Actual:
Text remains highlighted, but text selection carets disappear.

Expected:
Text selection carets remain on screen and text remains highlighted after user dismisses keyboard.

Issue DOES reproduce in Flame 2.2

With text selected, dismissing keyboard causes text to remain highlighted, but text selection carets disappear.

According to the spec, the expected behavior is: When dismissing the keyboard, the selected text should be deselected and the focus should blur from the input.
