Do we only test on Ubuntu? Do we know if this impacts other distros?

This bug is reproducible only on Ubuntu. The other platforms (Windows and Mac) are not affected.

I'm also seeing this issue on several other webpages, which are not PDFs, like:

http://mozqa.com/data/firefox/images/mozilla_logo.jpg
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/2/2c/Rotating_earth_%28large%29.gif
https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/en/c/ce/SVG-logo.svg
http://mozqa.com/data/firefox/layout/mozilla.html
This issue is still reproducible on Firefox 56.0b4, under Ubuntu 12.04x86.
I noticed that the resolution from Image Quality section is set by default to 300dpi on PDF pages, while on other pages is set by default to 600dpi.
If I manually change the Resolution, the PDF pages are correctly printed.
