As suggested in bug 1075157 comment 46, creating this bug as blocking 941904.
An uuid change in nsIBrowserSearchService didn't trigger a clobber build, hence failures in tests.
Blocks: clobber
UUID changes don't force a clobber, they force the build system to rebuild where the interface is used. We don't know what was causing the problem yet, so pinning it on that seems premature.
