Prefs not enabled:
Smart browsing
Enable internet keywords
Sidebar

Action:
Click on link having page code directing link to open in new browser window.

Expected behavior:
Link opens in new tab.

Actual behavior:
Link opens in new browser window.

Comments:
Link on subject URL to website (upper right) includes TARGET="_blank"
 in source, and when clicked opens new browser window instead of new tab.
