The following issues need to be resolved: * Sequential order can be wrong between tabs and tab panels * Disabled tab state does not seem to be exposed to the screen reader * Ensure all semantic attributes are present: aria-controls, aria-describedby etc. * In places where tabpanel content is not re-rendered on tab switch we need to ensure true screen reader invisibility for not-selected tabs.
