Please refer to Bug #116056. The problem that incited me to write that bug report
appears to be more major and more general. While trying to add an attachment to
that Bug Report, I went to the URL
http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?bugid=116056&action=enter

Error
You did not specify a file to attach.
Please press Back and try again.
##############################
This is the second instance where, in Mozilla, filling out a form with a local
file name did not permit the form to see that file name.
Details of my system, etc. may be gotten from the prior bug report.
