Details

The social sharing tests caused a large spike in our bit.ly account usage. We need to figure out how to accommodate these (with a new account? a new pricing tier?) before we can launch the feature.
We have a new pricing tier! Questions are now resolved. Changing this bug to reflect that we still need to get our new credentials in place.
