From Bugzilla Helper:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Win98; en-US; rv:0.9.7+) Gecko/20011220
BuildID: 2001122003
When you switch from one theme to another, e.g., from modern to classic or vice
versa, while other elements change immediately, the link menu bar (if there is
one) stays in the old theme until you mouseover any of its buttons, at which
time each one changes to the new theme as the mouse hits it. Once they're all
changed, they stay put.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Be sure the link bar is enabled (View/Show/Site Navigation Bar)
2. Go to a page that has LINK elements (e.g., the one I linked here)
3. Change themes (View/Apply Theme)
4. Notice link bar still has old theme's appearance.
5. Move mouse over items in link bar and notice that they change.
Actual Results: Link bar items stay in old theme until mouseover
Expected Results: Link bar items change to new theme immediately upon change of
theme.
