Panos, I see in https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=862341#c45, that this regression was expected. So kindly look into it and if possible fix it, else we can mark this bug as WONT FIX.
Yes, I think we need to live with this regression. We will keep looking for ways to improve toolbox startup performance of course.
