Register as a user at http://counter.li.org/. When you get to the "Person
registration accepted" page, there's an image. Right click and view it. Then try
to save. It defaults to web page, complete, and the file name Image 190x110
pixels.html.

Then (ignoring the major file: filename saving bug), I have the files:

Image%20190x110%20pixels.html
Image%20190x110%20pixels_files/

The .html file is a bogus wrapper:

<html><body><p><img src="Image%2520190x110%2520pixels_files/1.gif"
alt="http://counter.li.org/cgi-bin/certificate.cgi/1"></p></body></html>

The directory is empty.
