The bold h1 system fonts appear a bit clunky. I propose we increase the size of our h1's to 2EM, while adjusting the font-wight to regular/inherit. This will create a more tasteful visual hierarchy between the main header and the paragraph text.

This is then for both controls (header>h1) and for content?
If so, then it needs to be aligned with h2 and h3.
