This bug is created based on Bug 1118139 Comment 135.

By the following STR youtube video rendering start is delayed(1-2 sec) compared to audio.

The following is the STR.
- [1] Download Youtube app from Marketplace.
- [2] Launch Youtube app.
- [3] Select any video to play.

If the video start does not delay, tap "reload icon" and repeat [3] until the symptom happens.

When the problem happens, ImageLayer does not have visible region. Short time after MediaDecoder::FirstFrameLoaded(), ClientImageLayer got visible region.

And then in ClientImageLayer::RenderLayer(), ImageClientBridge was created.
