1163870 - [Battery] Show estimated remaining battery time when warning about low battery

Once we land bug 1163245 we will be able to tell the user how much time he has left when we show him low battery warning. 

It would help the user make informed decision.

Hi Rob,

I think it makes most sense to show remaining time with the battery low warning dialog. It's unlikely user would need to access such information repeatedly (say, in Settings>battery), let me know if you think otherwise =) thanks!

Either the settings team (Arthur, Tim) or our team. I guess the feature is small enough that we can just grab it if we get some UX specs.
