We decided at the last meeting that it's no longer of any use (particularly in a Heroku world), so lets decom it.
I've stopped the treeherder services on th-dev (dev-3.ateam.aws) and th-worker (dev-5.ateam.aws) & removed the treeherder venv and source directories. Byron, could you delete the databases and recycle those machines (and the database node) as appropriate?

Remove dev references from the wiki page: https://wiki.mozilla.org/index.php?title=Auto-tools%2FProjects%2FTreeherder&diff=1074300&oldid=1073481 Also deleted the APM, server and plugin dev instances from New Relic.
dev-3 and dev-5 terminated.

Thank you! (I presume the attached storage for the DB has been deleted too? If not, please nuke it :-))
I'll remove it from our sample service config also.
