[1.Description]:
[L10n][Flame][v2.1&v2.2][Contacts]Russian: Enter Create contact view, and back aftering adding a portrait,  you can find the string "Edit Picture" at this view is displayed with truncation.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Set your phone language to Russian.
2.Launch Contacts and tap "+" button to enter Create contact view.
3.Tap "Add Picture".
4. Select "Gallery" or "Camera" to select a picture as portrait.
5. Go back to Create contact view.

[3.Expected Result]: 
5. The "Edit Picture" should not  be displayed with truncation.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5. The "Edit Picture" is displayed with truncation.

This problem is verified pass on latest Flame 2.1/2.2 user build in Russian language by STR in comment 0.
Actual Result: The "Edit Picture" has been shortened and the string is displayed without truncation now.
