we need to commit addressbook after importing otherwise, you can quit right after importing, and your imported addressbook will be empty.
landing with the ab outliner branch.

this should be fixed for ldif, text, outlook, etc, but I haven't check if we do the right thing for NS 4.x import.
How should I verify that the address book is commited? hey, this sounds like the beginning of a joke :), but seriously...
