I can confirm it with:
Firefox 60.0.2 (64-bit) Release
Firefox 61.0b11 (64-bit) Beta
Firefox 62.0a1 (2018-06-06) (64-bit) Nightly
Windows 10 x64 Build 17686 (Fast-Ring)
nVidia GeForce GTX 1060 / 23.21.13.8813 - nVIDIA ForceWare 388.13
or
Intel HD Graphics 620 / 24.20.100.6136
Looks okay with:
Microsoft Edge 42.17686.1003.0
Opera Developer 55.0.2976.0
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64; rv:96.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/96.0
I can confirm this bug.
The images are build out of a group of separate images with just one line (each).
I reduced the PDF to just one image as a simplified test case.
I just stripped it down to a 2kb pdf file which shows the behaviour in FF96
