[1.Description]:
[Flamev2.2][Contacts]New a contact with the some same informations in one imported contact from facebook in the local, select link contact in the detailed view, the "View All Facebook Friends" is displayed with truncation in "Facebook Friends" view.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Set your phone language to Portuguese Brazil and connect the network.
2.Launch Contacts and enter settings.
3.Sign in facebook account and import some contacts from facebook.
4.New a contact with the same informations as one imported contact in the local.
5.Enter the details view of the local contact and tap "Link contact".

[3.Expected Result]: 
5.The "View All Facebook Friends" should not be displayed with truncation.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5.The "View All Facebook Friends" is displayed with truncation.

This is a regression, but I don't think we need to block on this for 2.2 since the string could be shortened to "View all" given the context, and this doesn't affect the majority of locales. 
Therefore flagging localizer for a string fix for this case
