[L10n][Flame2.1&2.2][Settings]Greek:Import Wi-Fi certificate and select a certificates file to enter it,  the heading at "Enter certificate nick name" view is truncated.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition:Set system language as Greek and there're Wi-Fi certificates files in device storage.
1.Launch Settings app
2.Enter "Wi-Fi" view.
3.Tap "Manage Certificates"
4.Tap "Import Certificate" and select a certificates file.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. The heading at "Enter certificate nick name" view should not be truncated.

Hi Alfredos,
* This problem is verified pass on latest Flame 2.2 user build in Greek language.
* On latest Flame 2.1 user build, the "Enter certificate nick name" has been shortened, but it still displayed with truncation. Could you please confirm whether this problem will be fixed in 2.1 user build or not?

We can not shorten more this string, so it will be remain truncated (only 2 letters missing) in v2.1.

The truncated field is fully understandable.

Yes Lancy! Please assume from now on that when a localizer says the string is still understandable when it truncates, then you can mark the bug as wontfix. thanks!
