[L10n][Flame2.1&2.2][Settings]Portuguese Brazil:Import Wi-Fi certificate and select a certificates file to enter it,  the heading at "Enter certificate nick name" view is truncated.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
Precondition:Set system language as Portuguese Brazil and there're Wi-Fi certificates files in device storage.
1.Launch Settings app
2.Enter "Wi-Fi" view.
3.Tap "Manage Certificates"
4.Tap "Import Certificate" and select a certificates file.

[3.Expected Result]: 
4. The heading at "Enter certificate nick name" view should not be truncated.

4.The heading at "Enter certificate nick name" view is truncated.

Why are headers shrinking so much? UI team has to know that other languages have a bigger text length to make the same translation as other languages.

According to the STR in comment 0, this issue is verified pass on latest flame v2.1 user build. But still exist on latest flame v2.2 user build, the heading at "Enter certificate nick name" view is truncated.

Should be fixed on both of them with "Nome do Certificado", unless 2.2 header is shorter than 2.1
