Steps to reproduce:
Take say this article...
https://www.middleeastmonitor.com/news/middle-east/18674-uae-releases-three-sisters-after-arrested-over-twitter-campaign
Now copy a paragraph of text. You see the I cursor disappear on the very edge of the start of the paragraph. Yet for some distance where the cursor is an arrow the selection is perfect.
Then you go a bit too far and all kinds of stuff is selected. So clearly there is some background "intelligence" that is not understood by the cursor.
Expected results:
The cursor should have more than a Zero margin at the edge of a paragraph. As it stands you are deluded into thinking you have to be super accurate when this is not the case or you select more than you desire.
I would think a margin of 5px would be of benefit.
