For any given phase Raptor will continue to listen for performance entries in the log until an ending mark is hit, e.g. cold launch will listen for performance entries until fullyLoaded is hit.

This is wrong. This means that any test consuming the cold-launch phase would get nothing after the app has loaded. This is OK for the app launch test, but worthless for anything else.

We should continue to capture entries until the run has been marked completed.
