Tested on Flame Device, v2.0 stable Connect A2 - After launch, granting "contacts" access, registration, and signing in, when the user attempts to sync their contacts with Connect A2, the app displays a message which reads "Loading..." but never completes the contact sync. Expected Result: App completes sync process and contacts are updated/displayed in app.

A fix for this bug has been submitted via "v017j." We are awaiting feedback from app review team on this now.

We were not able to install the app on the following devices:- 1)FireFox - Spice Fireone Idea:- 8422996761 2)Firefox - Intex Vodafone - 8879837518 we didn't received the code (tried calling also). The application was installed successfully on the following devices,but we were able to re-produce the specified issue again. This issues has not been fixed. 1) FireFox - Zen Reliance:- 9022 340 239 2) FireFox - Alcatel Onetouch Airtel:- 7710 075 829
This bug has been resolved. Fix has been tested and confirmed.

Tested on FireFox - Alcatel Onetouch (Vodafone:- 8879840983) This issue is been resolved on above mentioned device. We were not able to test on following devices due to unsuccessful installation. FF - Spice Fireone FF - Intex FF - Zen
Could you clarify what issue you are running into when you try to install the new version? When you say unsuccessful installation, do you mean you couldn't download the app from the marketplace or you couldn't register? If it is the former, could it be from the data connection, have you tried both on data and wifi? Appreciate if you could more details. thanks, didem

While installing on Spice & Intex devices we didn't received code through SMS, then we tried for calling option, it displayed the following message "using old version"" please contact". Basically we were not able to register. And when it comes to Zen, the device didn't detected the sim card.

Juanma, Xoriant reported the issue of not being able to register, see comments above). This may be related to the complaint we received from Spice as well. Could you help investigate for a fix? Thanks, Didem

I have tested the installation part on below mentioned devices and also mentioned the comments for the same.
