It's not possible to rename accounts on readthedocs, so we have to create a new one called 'treeherder' to replace the 'treeherder-service' one, after the service repo rename that occurred in bug 1056877.
Created:
https://readthedocs.org/projects/treeherder/
http://treeherder.readthedocs.org/

Have mirrored most of the treeherder-service RTD account settings, except have put it in single language mode (which gets rid of the /en/latest/).

Once the PR in bug 1056877 lands, I'll update the links to point to http://treeherder.readthedocs.org/ rather than treeherder-service.readthedocs.org and then remove the old projects.

Bug 1166426 - Update readthedocs links to point at the new RTD location

The docs have been moved from treeherder-service.readthedocs.org to
treeherder.readthedocs.org.
Fwiw, I had a look at the PR which seemed to all look good, and the new RTD location looks good also.
That commit also added a badge to the readme for the docs build :-)

The wiki page was also updated for the new location:

The old readthedocs accounts (treeherder-service and treeherder-ui) have been deleted. Links on the wiki and in the readmes have been updated - but I noticed a few links to treeherder-service.readthedocs.org still being used in IRC - please update to:

https://treeherder.readthedocs.org/
https://treeherder.readthedocs.org/installation.html

etc :-)
(I've looked into the RTD redirect options, but they only let you do so on the same domain, not between projects unfortunately)
